I remember loving houses since I was a little girl. My mom told me that I used to excuse myself to the Restroom in every place we went. She said I never actually used the restroom, I just wanted to see what the bathroom looked like and maybe I would be lucky enough to sneak a peek at everything else along the way. To this day there is not a house that I don’t love touring! It allows me to see the craftsmanship, design or hidden potential within.

I was raised believing that a house itself is only four walls built to protect you from the outside elements. And that it is what you put into the house that makes it a home. I started renovating forgotten houses almost 15 years ago. I so enjoyed bringing them back to life that I decided to go back to school and earn my Interior Design Degree.

Slowly, people started noticing what I was doing and started asking me for my opinions. This lead me to aiding people through their renovations and deciding that it was time for me to get my Real Estate License to help further my knowledge of the industry so I could better inform my clients of what are the right decisions to make for their homes.

I remember when I was in middle school being the only girl in the architectural drafting class. I loved that class; I could not wait till after lunch so I could go work on drawing and creating my “DREAM” home. Little did I know that 30 years later I would make a huge leap again and decide to earn my builders license so that I could create, design and build my client’s dream homes.

I am so fortunate to do what I do. I love every aspect of home design. I also fully understand that know matter what your budget is, 10k or 100k, that what you are doing is equally important to the person having it done.
